Brian Block

Brian Block joined Javitch Block LLC in 2003 as an Associate Attorney and became a partner in 2006. In 2014, he became the managing partner of Javitch Block LLC and currently oversees practice management of the firm.

Brian graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with a B.A. in English and Speech Communications. He then went on to earn his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2003.

He is a Board Member of National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) and is a member of Debt Buyers Association (DBA), Ohio Creditors Bar Association and the Cuyahoga County Metropolitan Bar Association.

Brian is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Janet Bryan

Janet Bryan joined Javitch Block LLC in 2025 as an Associate Attorney focusing on pleading review.

Janet graduated from Howard Payne University in 1992 with a B.S. in the Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom Interdisciplinary Honors Program and Sociology. She then went on to earn her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2007.

She is admitted to practice in Virginia, Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas.
